Started as a small local print shop, Better Print has established new branding since it moved to the new location in 2016. To promote the company better and attract new customers, I refined the logo, redesigned the sign, and created printed and digital marketing contents.
I observed lots of customers in person and it gave me insights that most customers prefer to buy from local businesses instead of a big corporation. Based on the results from the observation & research, I developed a unique concept for the new branding with demonstrable value for customers: friendly, approachable, focusing on personalized experiences.
I created all tangible artifacts to aid overall customer service and marketing including redesigning the website, samples, and social media posts. Not only did I create a new brand identity for Better Print, but I also enhance intangible aspects such as the company's mission, voice and culture to help all employees deliver the company's value to the customers.
